We have performed a wide variety of commercial appraisals.  From a small 10 space mobile home park to a large resort complex with convention center, marina, 2 world class golf courses, time shares, condos, subdivisions, and its' own sewerage treatment plant.   In between these properties are the historical Hotel Talisi, pictured here, in Tallasseee, Al, manufacturing plants, service stations, varied types of offices, residential subdivisions, hospitals, etc. 

Commercial appraisal work requires specialized skills, advanced education, specialized software and experience many Certified Residential appraisers do not have.   Our varied assignments have enabled us to aquire a large database of commercial information.  As with our residential work we are on most lender's and mortgage brokers approved list.
